Hi, just wanted to chime in. For legal reasons, our position is that we do not recommend the consumption of any mineral, as per our EULA, and we aren't medical practitioners/physicians so cannot advise in that capacity. With that disclaimer out of the way, we recognise that minerals are sometimes used by users in elixirs (entirely at their own direction and choice), so if we become aware of a potential problem we try to warn users via the elixir notes - however, our elixir notes are absolutely not an exhaustive or qualified list of all potential hazards/interactions and the absence of a warning note or a specific issue does not mean that a mineral is safe to consume. It simply means that we've not added a warning to it at this time. You should always consult a qualified medical professional first.
TLDR; Do not consume and always consult a qualified medical professional first.
