As far as I'm aware, cinnamon does not contain indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), although it does have antifungal properties as you mention which would be beneficial to the recipe. Honey studies show the presence of auxin when tested using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LCMS), but the concentrations aren't sufficient for effective rooting. Garlic and horseradish and mushrooms (Pleurotus sp.) have high concentrations of IAA. I would probably use these as a dry powder base and add a carrier such as cottonseed meal.
