Overwatering can cause root rot, fungal infections, and nutrient deficiencies so it's probably best to deal with it sooner rather than later.
Id start by removing the plants from the pots and gently shaking off the excess water and soil from the roots. You can use a paper towel or a cloth to blot the roots dry.
Trim off any brown, black, or mushy roots with a clean pair of scissors or a knife at the same time. These are signs of root rot and they can spread to the healthy roots if left untreated.
Repot in fresh, well-draining potting mix if it's due. Make sure your pots have drainage holes at the bottom and avoid using pots that are too large for the plants if you are particularly heavy handed with watering.
Water your plants lightly and sparingly until they recover. You can check the moisture level of the soil by inserting your finger in the soil as per app instructions. The recommendations are pretty good in this app so ideally just follow what they say. You can also use a moisture meter or a wooden skewer to monitor the soil moisture.
Frequent overwatering can wash away the nutrients from the soil, so you may need to replenish them with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer. Follow the instructions on the label, but dont over-fertilize, as this can burn the roots and leaves.
